System for encouraging outstanding students

In order for the Institute to establish a spirit of perseverance and excellence for its students, it has developed a system to encourage outstanding students that would encourage students to excel and stoke the spirit of competition while honoring top students so that the rest of their fellow students can emulate them. This is as follows:

• Exempting the top students in each group and division from tuition fees.
• Announcing the names of the top students on a bulletin board at the institute and honoring them on Graduates Day.
• Use a computer unit without expenses for a year of academic year.

The Institute’s Board of Directors approved the mechanism of identifying outstanding students and the mechanism for preparing the honor board for outstanding students as follows:

• Outstanding students are determined based on their at least a very good grade.
• A decision will be issued by Mr. Prof. / Dean of the Institute - regarding the outstanding students in the teams or academic levels, whose names will be announced on the honor roll. They are the first and second students from each group or general academic level and agricultural engineering (first and second), and the first student only from the third level and from the fourth level. In each program, in addition to all students who received an excellent general grade in each group or academic level.
