يسعدني أن أرحب بكم وأهنئكم باختياركم الموفق للدراسة في المعهد العالي للحاسبات ونظم المعلومات الإدارية وإنضمامكم إلي أسرته، وأطلب منكم الجد والإجتهاد في دراستكم، واضعين نصب أعينكم الارتقاء في حياتكم العلمية والعملية، وحصولكم على درجة البكالوريوس المنشودة. وقد ساهم المعهد في تخريج طلاباً نتشرف بهم في الجامعات والشركات والهيئات المحلية والعربية.

We are all keen to provide a distinguished group of faculty members and supporting staff who make the utmost effort to serve you in acquiring modern sciences and knowledge that will help you raise your academic, skill and behavioral levels that will enable you to compete in the intense and growing competition in the labor market. Therefore, I appeal to you to raise the level of communication with your professors and the modern scientific and academic climate they provide you, in accordance with the regulations governing work within the institute and the Ministry of Higher Education.

I also invite you to participate in various activities, including sports, cultural, artistic, and others, and to maintain the cleanliness of the institute, the auditoriums, the laboratories, and the health of the environment by refraining from smoking inside and outside the institute.
