Education & Student Affairs
Education and student affairs at the Institute are responsible for students from joining the Institute until they obtain their bachelor's degree.
The Department of Education and Student Affairs shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate in the formulation of policy for study, examinations, education and students.

- Participate in setting dates for the beginning and end of the academic year and the summer vacation in light of the Ministry's decisions and inform the institutes.
- Preparing statistics and data required to extract information and prepare periodic and annual reports.
- Preparing the necessary schedules for teaching and determining the necessary hours for them.
- Receiving new students and distributing them to the various programs in accordance with the criteria approved by the Institute's Board of Directors.
- Preparing a special file for each student, entering students' data on the institute's database and recording it in the records.
- Extracting students' cards after paying the prescribed tuition fees.
- Preparing student lists and sending them to the various scientific departments and following up the students' attendance in lectures and lectures through academic guidance.
- Participate in the summer training work for the students of the Institute.
- Preparing the necessary cards for control, observation, observation and examination work.
- Recording and compiling the results of the exams and recording them in the records.
- Editing medical examination forms for new students and preparing health insurance cards.
- Student transfers to and from the institute, transfer and suspension of enrollment.
- Extracting registration certificates and filling out admission forms.
- Follow up the performance of military education for male students.
- Review the correction forms of faculty members as well as delegates.
