Prof. Dr. / Dean of the Institute forms a committee to examine students' grievances regarding the re-monitoring of a student's grades in a course after the announcement of the result.

Procedures for re-monitoring a student's grades in a course after announcing the result

The student submits his petition to Student Affairs on the application form for monitoring grades prepared by the institute administration for this purpose in the name of Prof.

Dr. / Dean of the Institute to take the necessary actions.

Prof. Dr. / Dean of the Institute (President of the General Examinations) or his representative (Prof. Dr. / Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs) refers these requests to the Chairman of the Grievance Examination Committee.

The Grievance Examination Committee shall consider the submitted applications, examine the answer booklets, ensure the correctness of the correction of all the parts contained therein, the correctness of the degree of the sub-parts of the answer to the question, the total number of answers to the questions in their parts, and monitor them in the competent place of the paper (cover), ensure the authenticity of the signature of the corrected professors, and ensure the conformity and collection of oral and practical grades.

The committee fills out the requests for reviewing the monitoring of grades submitted to it (in the part dedicated to the result of the review) to indicate the conformity of the result or not, and then the committee signs this request.

The committee submits its report to Prof. Dr. / Dean of the Institute (President of the General Examinations) or his representative (Prof. Dr. / Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs).

The student is informed of the outcome of the petition within two weeks of submitting the petition request and 60 days in advance.

In the event of cases

Matching: The committee signs the validity of the announced result as recorded in the competent statements with the announced statements of students in the Student Affairs Department.

Non-Matching: It is presented to Prof. Dr. / Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, then to Prof. Dr. / Dean of the Institute, and after approval, the result is corrected in the announced statements and the student is notified of the result of the petition.
