Admission & Transferring Students Rules
Certificates accepted by the Institute:
- General secondary school with its two divisions and its equivalent from Arab and foreign certificates.
- الثانوية الازهرية بشعبتيها.
- Commercial Secondary Diploma System 3 – 5 years.
- Industrial Secondary Diploma System 3 – 5 years.
- Diploma of Technical Secondary Schools of Management and Services.
- Diploma of commercial technical institutes.
- Diploma of industrial technical institutes.
- Diploma of Management and Secretarial Institutes.
- Students with a diploma of commercial technical institutes (Information Systems Division - Computer Science) are accepted in the second year of the Management Information Systems Division only with the student loading the courses of (principles of public administration - basics of structural programming - and the insurance part of the mathematics and insurance course).
Students with a diploma in management and secretarial institutes (Information Systems Division):
- those with an estimate (acceptable with a minimum of 60%) are admitted to the second year.
- Holders of an estimate (good) in the third year.
Coordination Office
The student who wishes to join the institute through coordination must register the name of the institute (high computers and first gathering systems) as a first desire for the electronic coordination site according to the specified stamp number (574/6) through electronic coordination with the password in the qualification and the seating number.
Documents to be completed:
- Original academic qualification.
- Original birth certificate.
Direct application by applying directly with all the papers to the institute.
- A student who has a qualification (high school - technical diploma three years - technical diploma five years - diploma of an upper-intermediate institute) during the past year is entitled to apply to the Student Affairs Office located at the institute directly and is required to meet the minimum admission to the institute (last year) - and accepts the case of (one chance).
Students dismissed from other institutes and universities, and the following is required:
- Exhaustion of the number of failures and accepts the status of the newcomer.
- Changing the division in which he had previously joined before being dismissed in the case of an institute corresponding to ours.
- Do not separate in advance from two sides.
- The student is accepted for registration if the semester is in the same year - but if a year has passed from the date of the semester, he accepts one opportunity - and the student is not accepted if more than a year has passed since his dismissal and it is required to meet the minimum admission to the institute in the year of obtaining the qualification or the year of dismissal, whichever is better for the student, taking into account the rules of recruitment. Documents to be completed:
Transfers
Students transferred from the corresponding institutes: It means that the student studied the same subjects at the institute.
- A statement of status from the institute from which it is transferred and addressed to the Higher Institute of Computers and Management Information Systems in the First Settlement.
- A copy of the academic qualification.
- A copy of the birth certificate.
- 6 personal photos 4 × 6.
- A statement of grades and grades from the institute from which it is transferred.
- The student is considered to remain for repetition with the same courses that he failed in the previous institute.
- After these steps, the institute obtains approval from the Ministry of Higher Education for the transfer application.
Students transferring from non-corresponding institutes: The procedures are done through the institute, meaning that the student did not study the same subjects at the institute.

- A copy of the academic qualification.
- A copy of the birth certificate.
- 1 personal photo 4 × 6.
- Writing a new declaration.
Expatriates (first you must apply to the institute and reserve a place)
The General Administration for Admission and Granting of International Students is one of the general departments in the cultural sector and missions of the Ministry of Higher Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its address is (2 Saad Zaaloul Mausoleum Street, off Kasr Al-Aini Street, in front of Saad Zaghloul metro station). It is the department concerned with nominating international students for admission to various universities and institutes.
The student submits his papers to obtain the approval of the expatriate administration with the possibility of providing a representative with him to facilitate and guide the student with him within their department.
Rules and conditions for the admission of international students who have obtained the Egyptian secondary school:
The General Administration for Admission and Granting of Expatriates nominates students for admission to the Institute.
Conditions required for admission::
- Obtaining an Egyptian high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Success in qualifying subjects.
- Meet the minimum total of the institute.
Paper Submission Entity:
The student submits his study papers to his embassy in Cairo or the Office of Arab Affairs and his address is (4 Al-Tayaran Street, off Al-Khalifa Al-Mamoun Street in Manshiet Al-Bakri (Heliopolis - Cairo) no later than the end of September of each year.
Categories whose applications are accepted at the Office of Arab Affairs:
- High school graduates from Egypt.
- Holders of high school from abroad (equivalent to high school), provided that the children are from an Egyptian mother.
Documents to be submitted:
- The equivalent secondary certificate is approved and certified by the embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the country from which the student obtained the certificate or the embassy of the country from which he obtained the certificate in Cairo, while students who have obtained the Egyptian secondary certificate must submit the white form indicating success.
- Egyptian birth certificate or an extract thereof.
- 6 recent personal photos 4 × 6.
Complete the data of the following papers (and they are found in an envelope obtained from the administration or embassy in Cairo), which are:
- طلب الالتحاق (استمارة 555 تنسيق).
- Initial nomination card.
- Information form (in 3 copies).
- Acknowledgment of the parent and the student.
Note: The Division must be determined by the sum of the minimum set by the format.
How to certify certificates::
التصديق على الشهادات يعني اعتمادها ويكون اولا من الجهة التي اصدرتها ثم من وزارة الخارجية بالدولة المعنية ثم من السفارة المصرية بهذا البلد والمستشار الثقافي المصري بالأمريكيتين ودول روسيا وشرق أوروبا، أو تصديقها من سفارة البلد الحاصل منها على الشهادة الموجودة بجمهورية مصر العربية ثم الخارجية المصرية.
Note: Certificates that are not certified or that are not certified by the embassies of the Arab Republic of Egypt abroad or the Egyptian Foreign Ministry are not considered.
Rules for students from the brotherly countries of Kuwait:
- The application is made through the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait and follow the following steps:
- The student goes on the specified dates, which are determined by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait, to the ministry itself with the required documents to apply.
Documents required to apply:
- Original qualification or copy (notarized by the Egyptian Consulate in Kuwait and also by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait).
- The original birth certificate and if it is a copy authenticated by the same two previous parties.
- A copy of the passport.

- 1. If the student is an employee:
He shall bring with the previous papers a letter from the Civil Service Bureau stating his employer and directed by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait.
- 2. If the student is not an employee:
- A security deposit determined by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait is paid.
- The Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait sends these papers to the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Cairo, which in turn sends these papers to the General Administration for Admission and Scholarship of International Students in Cairo and is responsible for examining the papers and ensuring that the student meets the required conditions or not (note that acceptance or rejection by this administration and not by the institute).
NoteThe student pays the so-called (qualification foot) in the expatriate department, and this amount is a fine paid only by the holders of academic certificates that have passed previous years, and the amount is determined according to the number of years, through the expatriate department.
After the files have been examined and the students have been granted admission to the institutes specified in the desire, the student receives (by himself or through the embassy in Cairo) the nomination card with his name registered in it, the institute in which he was accepted and the academic year in which he is nominated.
- The student brings this card and goes to the institute to pay the expenses and fill out the application form.
- After payment is made, the student can receive the institute's card.
- The student can purchase the books from the library of the Institute.
Personal application directly at the Expatriates Department: The student goes on the specified dates to the General Administration for the admission and scholarship of international students in Cairo.
- The administration reviews these papers and determines the student's acceptance or non-acceptance and then gives him the nomination card in case his file is accepted to go with it.
- The student submits the nomination card to the institute to pay the expenses and fill out the enrollment form.
