Education & Student Affairs<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Education and student affairs at the Institute are responsible for students from joining the Institute until they obtain their bachelor's degree.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Department of Education and Student Affairs shall be responsible for the following tasks:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

  • Participate in the formulation of policy for study, examinations, education and students.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u0645\u062a\u0627\u0628\u0639\u0629 \u062a\u0646\u0641\u064a\u0630 \u0642\u0631\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u062c\u0644\u0633 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0644\u0644\u062c\u0627\u0645\u0639\u0627\u062a \u0648\u0648\u0632\u0627\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0627\u0644\u064a.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in setting dates for the beginning and end of the academic year and the summer vacation in light of the Ministry's decisions and inform the institutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing statistics and data required to extract information and prepare periodic and annual reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing the necessary schedules for teaching and determining the necessary hours for them.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Receiving new students and distributing them to the various programs in accordance with the criteria approved by the Institute's Board of Directors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing a special file for each student, entering students' data on the institute's database and recording it in the records.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Extracting students' cards after paying the prescribed tuition fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing student lists and sending them to the various scientific departments and following up the students' attendance in lectures and lectures through academic guidance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in the summer training work for the students of the Institute.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing the necessary cards for control, observation, observation and examination work.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recording and compiling the results of the exams and recording them in the records.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Editing medical examination forms for new students and preparing health insurance cards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Student transfers to and from the institute, transfer and suspension of enrollment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Extracting registration certificates and filling out admission forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow up the performance of military education for male students.<\/span><\/li>\n
