Youth Care:

The Institute is keen to support student activities, and for this reason the Youth Welfare Unit was established. It undertakes a range of services and efforts that are made to create the most appropriate circumstances and conditions for healthy growth through which young people acquire the qualities and characteristics that make them fit and able to serve their country in various fields of development.

Youth care goals:

  1. Training students to be good citizens in society.

  3. Providing students with the opportunity to practice democratic life and training them in leadership and followership.
  4. Providing students with the opportunity to identify their needs and work to achieve them through various activities.
  5. Discovering students’ talents, abilities, and skills, refining them, and encouraging them through their participation in various activities.
  6. Developing the spirit of cooperation and brotherhood among students by spreading and encouraging the activity of student families.
  7. Spreading a healthy team spirit among students and strengthening ties between them and faculty and staff.
  8. Fill students’ free time with what is beneficial to them.
  9. Discovering talented and distinguished students in activities and selecting them among the institute’s teams to participate in the ministry’s activities.
  10. Helping students solve their social and family problems through the management of the institute

Support and motivate outstanding students:

Outstanding students are supported and motivated by disbursing rewards to outstanding students who obtain a grade of very good and distinction.

Metro subscription:

A form is purchased from the metro station, its data is completed from the Student Affairs Department, two photos are brought, then one goes to the metro station to obtain the subscription after paying the prescribed fees supported by the student, in order for the institute to contribute to alleviating the student’s burden in moving from the institute to the institute.

Social Solidarity Fund:

  1. Rules used to choose a student for aid disbursement.
  2. The Social Solidarity Fund is responsible for disbursing financial and in-kind aid to students who are unable.

Documents required to disburse the aid:

  1. Request on behalf of Prof. Dr. Dean of the Institute and Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors.
  2. Items of the guardian’s salary, a letter with the value of the pension, or proof of income.
  3. A copy of the father's card.
  4. A copy of the death certificate in the event of the death of the father.
  5. A student who is unable and whose circumstances are very difficult applies to the Youth Welfare Department to obtain assistance in reducing tuition fees and purchasing the textbook.

The necessary conditions for a student to benefit from the Social Solidarity Fund, according to Ministerial Decree No. 968 of 1982

  1. The student must be of Egyptian nationality.
  2. The average per capita income in the family should not exceed 300 Egyptian pounds.
