The Quality Assurance Unit strives to achieve comprehensive quality and contribute to the elevation, enhancement, and continuous development of educational and community service performance, as well as the environment. This is accomplished by raising awareness and promoting a culture of quality within the Higher Institute of Computer and Administrative Information Systems. This aligns with the institute's mission and ensures its sustainability while fulfilling the aspirations of its beneficiaries and the community

Tasks Quality assurance unit

The Quality Assurance Unit serves as the mechanism through which internal evaluation and review are conducted with the aim of ensuring quality in the educational and service activities of the institute, as well as the factors influencing them. It focuses on improving their performance by identifying shortcomings and obstacles, recognizing best practices, and making continuous improvement suggestions, all with the ultimate goal of achieving accreditation

Goals Quality assurance unit

Document the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the institute and establish a mechanism for their regular updates
Promote a culture of quality and accreditation among faculty members, their assistants, administrative staff, and students to achieve excellence in performance and support mission accomplishment
Achieve the institute's mission and strategic objectives by ensuring the quality of educational and community activities
Improve the quality and standards of the academic programs offered by the institute, enhancing the competencies and competitiveness of its graduates
Prepare an annual report on performance evaluation and quality assurance at the institute, to be submitted to the Dean of the Institute
Implement necessary mechanisms for internal review systems and ensure their continuity
Create a comprehensive database for the institute, including faculty members, their assistants, institute staff, students, institute programs, program descriptions and course specifications, and identify the beneficiaries of institute graduates and their needs
Ensure compliance with the requirements and conditions of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation to qualify the institute for accreditation
